Reiki comes from the Japanese words "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life energy). Reiki is a Japanese ancient technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It aims to help the flow of energy by "laying on hands". Improving the flow of energy in the body can enable relaxation, reduce pain, speed healing and reduce depression and anxiety. Reiki assists in the body's natural healing processes and develops emotional, mental and spiritual well-being. Reiki can also help to reduce addiction, break with old patterns, and help healing our karma and relationships.
Reiki can be done in person or remotely. It’s a beautiful vibrational medicine, and as such isn’t limited by space or time. As many of my clients reported, a distance reiki session it could be as powerful as if you were with me in my Reiki room.
